Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.
  • Be in its original packaging with all included accessories.
  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
  • Include proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Used or damaged items.
  • Items damaged through customer misuse.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom products.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number along with clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours
